My team and I power and protect life online by building an internal, opinionated Kubernetes platform that meets Akamai's change-safety, security, and compliance expectations while delivering an excellent developer experience. I'm interested in distributed computing and platform engineering, which has led me to contribute to the CNCF Platforms Technical Community Group Initiatives, updating the Platform Engineering Maturity Model and Whitepaper. I believe that computing systems allow me to love my neighbors well by providing excellence in the Cloud Native industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy non-technical hobbies with my family, which include cooking, hiking, camping, kayaking, and fly-fishing. Forever an Atlanta Braves fan - chop-on.
